Do you know that inner beauty is more important than outer if you are beauitiful from inside then it will make you more beautiful outside.
As we all know that amla is a richest source of vitamin C and it makes amla a powerful ingrediant for hair, skin, detoxification, purifying the blood etc It can also help in acne and pimples by removing toxins from the body.

So, today I am going to review a product from patanjali ayurved limited i.e., AMLA Juice

Composition:

Indian gooseberry juice and Sodium benzonate as preservative.

What they Claim:

Useful in hairloss, constipation, increasing immunity, eye disorders, reducing blood sugar, blood pressure, skin dieases, rejuvenating the body, delays ageing, hyperacidity.

Recommended dosage:

20-25 ml taken with equal amount of water twice a day or as consulted by physician.

Rs.90 for 1 litre

My opinion :

I started drinking this before a month ago and still continuing I am drinking amla juice every morning and evening with equal amount of water but as they have recommended quantity to be taken 20-25 ml but I am only taking 10ml as it's very sour :). Actually my mom have been using this from last 1 year and she recommended this to me for my hairfall problem.Till now I haven't noticed any side effects and trully speking it's working for my husband well will not disclose the problem here :p but recommend you all to give a try.

  2. Is Sodium benzoate not harmful? I am told, in combination with Vitamin C, it turns out to be a carcinogen and DNA destroyer.
    What is ur view on this?
